Business Use Only Our platform is exclusively for use by verified grocery stores, restaurants, and resellers. All users must be legally authorized business representatives.

 Order Fulfillment & Payment Orders will be processed upon confirmation and are subject to availability. All payments must be made as per agreed credit terms.

 Credit Authorization By placing an order, you grant ODOD LLC the right to verify your business and personal credit history and report payment activity to relevant credit bureaus.

 Credit Agreement Requirement Customers who are approved for credit accounts (e.g., Net 7/15/30 terms or deferred payment) will be required to sign a Credit Agreement sent via secure e-signature. This document includes personal liability and credit reporting consent. 

 Personal Guarantee You agree that all business debts owed to ODOD LLC are also personally guaranteed by the individual placing the order.

 Return & Refund Policy Refer to our Return Policy for conditions regarding damaged goods or returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 Limitation of Liability ODOD LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of goods sold.

Electronic Consent You agree to receive invoices, documents, and communication electronically and accept e-signatures as legally valid.

 Governing Law & Venue These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Harris County, Texas.
