Return Policy
ODOD LLC provides high-quality Indian grocery, restaurant, and food service products. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Damaged or Defective Items 
- Claims for damaged or defective goods must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.
- Replacement or credit will be issued at ODOD LLC’s discretion.
- Photo evidence is required for claims.
Return & Refund
- No returns or refunds will be accepted "on perishable items".
- Non-perishable goods may be returned only with prior written approval.
- Approved returns must be in original packaging and condition.
- Restocking fees may apply.
Shipping Issues 
- We are not liable for delays or damage caused by "third-party carriers".
- Any missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Unauthorized Returns 
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
